The 2-Hour Camp Hale (Tigiwon) Snowmobile Tour presents an ideal option for parties with young children as well as guests who would prefer to double-up and ride two people per machine. Departing from a private lodge at historic Camp Hale, riders embark on a 2-hour journey through a forested trail system, ascending to elevations of 10,500 feet with stunning vistas of several distinct mountain ranges.
Camp Hale Tours allow for children as young as 2 years of age to accompany their family on a Beaver Creek Snowmobiling Adventure. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license in order to ride their own snowmobile. All tours include a professional guide and transportation to and from the snowmobile base camp. Snowsuits and boots are available on-site on a first come, first served basis.
Two tour options are available daily with transportation departing at 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. Complimentary door-to-door van service is provided from the towns of Avon, Beaver Creek, Vail and Edwards, Colorado. Please note that this tour is not offered during peak season dates.
Advanced reservations are highly recommended as these tours frequently book up in advance.

- Peak Season dates include: 11/20/23 – 11/26/23, 12/21/23 – 1/7/24, 1/12/24 –1/14/24, 2/12/24 – 2/19/24 and 3/1/24 – 3/31/24.
- A credit card imprint, serving as a damage deposit, is required on all Colorado Snowmobile Tours.
- Snowmobile drivers must be 16 years of age with a valid driver's license in order to drive a snowmobile. Drivers must be 18 years of age in order to carry a passenger.
- A signed liability waiver for personal injury is required prior to all tour departures.
- All Beaver Creek Snowmobiling Tours have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Beaver Creek Snowmobile Tour transportation availability is dependent upon group size.
- Please note that tour prices do not include a $20.00 per person USFS Trail Use & Grooming Fee.
